You can look at someones resume and their listing dog and pony show all you want. However, I belive in all aspects of my life that I need to hire someone that produces the results that I need. When it comes to selling a home, I want you to know that I have a proven track record because in this market, you can't just hire anyone to sell your home. You have to rely on THE BEST to keep your home from sitting on the market and becoming stale.
